All of our ski instructors/personal assistants are selected according to the following skills:
- Professional: They are fully-qualified with several years of experience
- Linguistic: They speak fluent French and English
- Training: They add to and apply our teaching ethic
- Human relations: They are friendly and very nice people
All of our ski instructors/personal assistants make a commitment to:
- Sharing the values of Viareal: Discretion, courtesy, open-mindedness
- Determining the meeting time and place with the client
- Always being at the meeting place 15 minutes early
- Wearing a backpack with equipment to satisfy the client’s needs
- Finishing the course where the client has pre-decided
- Always being able to contact the slope services
- Knowing the different onsite snow conditions
- Always being informed of the weather forecast
